The avenue des Champs Elysées runs through the heart of the 8th arrondissement, between the place de la Concorde and the place de l'Etoile.
This broad avenue runs for 1910 metres, much of which is lined with sculptures and historic buildings. The last section of this famous thoroughfare, nearest to the Arc de Triomphe, is home to some of Paris's most prestigious boutiques.
